  • To Book a Cleaning, Follow these steps:

    1. Go to the home page.

    2. Select your desired service.

    3. Fill in the required fields on the booking page.

    4. Wait for your confirmation email & phone call.

  • The Refresh Clean is our signature regular cleaning service, dedicated to maintaining a consistently clean environment. It's the go-to choice for routine cleaning, ongoing upkeep, ensuring your space stays consistently fresh and inviting.

    Do’s:

    • Kitchen : clean sink out, counter tops, cabinet faces upper and lower, stove top.

    • Bathroom : complete disinfection of the light switches, countertop toilet, door knobs, shower, handles, tub, drain, empty the garbage bin.

    • Bedroom: dust nightstands, shelving, bed frames, tidy up bed, wipe mirrors and polish ornaments/valuables

    • Living/Dining Room: general tidy up of seating area, wipe table tops, picture frames, clean mirrors & polish ornaments.

    • All exterior surfaces in all rooms

    • Floors are mopped and vacuumed

    • All window sills

    Don’ts:

    • All Extras (i.e.oven cleaning) are not included and must be selected when booking (for an additional cost).

    • The extra time included in deep cleans allows for more detailed work in the above mentioned Do’s.

  • The Fresh Start Clean goes beyond the basics.It’s our deep cleaning service, tackling hidden dirt and grime with intensive floor care and thorough sanitation. It's the best choice for a rejuvenating clean, providing a fresh start for a cleaner, healthier space.

    *The Fresh Start Clean is required for the 1st clean*.

    Do’s:

    Everything included in a Refresh clean +

    • Baseboards

    • Light switches & Door handles

    • Detailed Dusting

    • Back Splashes and Faucet Fixtures are polished

    • Light organization of all rooms (for detailed organization select the ‘add on’

    • Extra hour included for highly detail areas.

    Don’ts:

    • All Extras (i.e.oven cleaning) are not included and must be selected when booking (for an additional cost).

  • When booking a Move In or Move Out cleaning service, you can expect an all-inclusive package. This comprehensive option includes four of the ten extra services we offer, which can be added to any service level.

    These extras include:

    • Inside of oven

    • Inside the fridge

    • Inside of cabinets

    • Inside all windows.

    The purpose of this cleaning is to restore the home, previously inhabited, to its original state, making it ready for new homeowners.

  • When booking a move-in/move-out cleaning, please keep the following in mind:

    • Select the "Move-In/Move-Out" package for these specific services. Failure to do so may result in an incomplete booking.

    • Add special instructions i.e. the buzz code or parking notes in the comment section of your booking.

    • To determine the cleanliness level of your home, use the following guidelines:

    • If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned within the last year, select "Very Dirty".

    • If your home was cleaned within the last 6 months, choose "Pretty Dirty"

    • If your home has been professionally cleaned within the last 3 months, select "Slightly Dirty”.

    • To make the most of your scheduled cleaning, assess the current condition of your home honestly.

    • This assessment will help determine if your home can be cleaned in a single pass, avoiding the need for rescheduling a second cleaning at an additional cost

  • A Fresh Start Clean is recommended for all first time /initial cleans by REAL FRESH CLEANERS.

    It allows us extra time to get all the areas that have been missed during previous regular cleanings in the past. After the initial fresh start clean, most customers switch to a 2 hour refresh clean.

  • Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that our staff can maintain a sustainable and reliable work schedule, and to value the time they allocate for work.

    Please take note of the following:

    Courtesy Notice: As a courtesy to our staff, we kindly request a two-week notice to ensure optimal work schedules for all our team members.

    Last Minute Cancellations: We require at least two business days (48 hours) notice for last-minute cancellations or changes.

    Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours, it will be considered a late cancellation. Late cancellations will be billed for the full booked time to cover the cost of holding the booking, allowing us to maintain our excellent team of staff. The time of notice is determined by when the email or phone call is received in our office.

    If staff arrive for a scheduled booking but are turned away or unable to access the job-site, the client will be billed for the booking time.

  • No, as long as you give us at least 48 hours' notice, there won't be any charges.
